Builders Risk insurance helps protect Harvard capital project owners against adverse financial impacts resulting from physical loss or damage to buildings, structures, materials, fixtures, and equipment during the course of construction. The insurance is designed to cover renovation, rehabilitation, and new, ground-up construction projects on all Harvard campuses and at locations leased by Harvard in the United States.
